This research aims to explore the level of disclosure on participation and community development in accordance with the international standard ISO 26000 by non-financial listed companies in the Palestine Exchange. The study employed the descriptive and analytical approach, by analyzing the content of the annual financial reports published by non-financial companies in the Palestine Exchange website from 2016 to 2018. The study sample is composed of a total (31) companies, with (93) annual financial reports. Based on the ISO 26000, a disclosure index has been developed containing 35 items divided into 7 groups including: community participation, education and culture, job creation and skills development, climate change mitigation and adaptation, technology development, environmental protection, restoration of the natural environment, wealth and income generation, community participation and social investment, education and culture. The study found a low level of corporate disclosure the participation and community development based on the index identified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 26000). The study recommended Palestine Exchange to work on promoting ISO 26000 standards among companies in order to establish a holistic approach towards corporate social responsibility that might lead to informative disclosure, as well as to take the necessary steps  to commensurate the international standard with the reality and philosophy of the Palestinian corporate environment.

The study aimed to demonstrate the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) net inflows and the current account balance (CA) in the Saudi economy for the period 1970-2019. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in the theoretical framework. Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model (ARDL) technique, the study concluded that FDI is concentrated in the industrial sector and affects it. Its role in the local economy is still low. It also reached the sustainability of the current account surplus, despite successive deficits in the secondary income account, and the existence of a long-term and short-term complementary relationship. Bidirectional association between them is achieved in the long-term. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: Taking the necessary policies by the legislator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to direct FDI in less developed sectors such as agriculture, forestry and fishing, and encouraging the employment of reinvested profits through incentive policies.

This study aims to identify the effect of applying the criteria of good governance on developing the institutional performance of the Palestinian Ministry of Interior and national security, the military side, in southern provinces. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population included all employees of various levels totaling (17554) where, (450) questionnaires were distributed among a group of employees who were chosen by stratified random sampling while (417) of them were re-collected with a percentage of (92.67%). SPSS program was used for data entry and processing, and hypothesis testing. The findings of this study show that the provision level of good governance criteria and institutional performance was medium with a relative weight of (63.4%) and (64.8%) respectively. Also, it shows that there is a positive effect of good governance criteria on institutional performance and interpreted (75.1%) of variance in the dependent variable except for (the rule of law and transparency) dimensions which had no effect. The study makes recommendations, the most important of which are: Promoting the philosophy and principles of good governance criteria and increasing their practice level in all administrative levels in the Ministry as they are a vital, important, and influential factor in improving the institutional performance while taking into consideration not to ignore other factors. Creating a climate that encourages employees to seriously engage and express their opinions and suggestions in the decision-making processes.

This study aimed to discover the level of service quality provided to students in Saudi universities, and to indicate the impact of the service quality provided on enhancing students’ satisfaction. A questionnaire was developed to measure the study variables consisting of (28) items; (23) items measure the dimensions of service quality, and (5) items measure students' satisfaction, based on the five-point Likert scale. The validity and reliability of the study instrument were verified. The study was applied to (948) male and female students studying at three Saudi universities (King Abdul Aziz, Qassim, and Taif). The results showed there are a significant impact of the service quality provided to students at Saudi universities with its dimensions (Tangible, reliability, assurance, empathy) in their satisfaction. And there is no a significant impact of the response dimension to the quality of services provided to students at Saudi universities in their satisfaction.

The expansion of IoT (Internet of Things) is facing some resistance from organizations’ managers fearing security issues as well as technical and operational feasibility obstacles, in particular the energy consumption problem. Despite the legitimacy of these concerns, possible technical solutions exist to face them. These solutions are based on the use of machine learning techniques, namely Random Forest, Support Vector Machines and Artificial Neural Networks, to face the security risk by detecting intrusions at a high accuracy rate. In addition, our approach applies dimension reduction techniques such as Principal Components Analysis to minimize data sending and consumption. Therefore, our proposed solution show promising results in boosting security and quality of services (QoS) in IoT-cloud environments based on machine learning.
